Assurance Property Inspections LLC was started in 2009 after working in the construction industry for several years. I felt the need to share my knowledge and experience in construction to help the general public in their journey of buying a home. I am a full time inspector with 14 yrs of inspection experience and have completed thousands of home inspections. I am licensed in both Illinois and Florida, am AIC2 Certified and have even built my own home. In 2016 I expanded into commercial and industrial building inspections and have been involved in several large projects in the area.
